Disability Entrepreneurship Experte goes EAST

INTAMT at the Inclusion Days 2021 in Berlin
On 4 May 2021, Yuri Nikitin, Managing Director of the INTAMT Academy, took part in the discussion round as part of the Inclusion Days 2021. During the talks, it was discussed how better labour market integration in Europe is possible for people with disabilities in the future. Among other things, Yuri Nikitin presented the relevant cooperation projects that have been or are being implemented by the INTAMT Academy.
i-SME – Inclusive SMEs in Europe
Project partners from eight EU countries are committed to the common goal of not only encouraging SMEs to become more open to employing people with disabilities, but also to extending the practical tools and existing infrastructure for successful professional inclusion. The existing solutions will be carefully analysed and the best practices selected to be later presented in partner countries.
