- Age 18–55
- German A2/B1 certificate; readiness to progress to B1/B2 (and further to C1)
- Motivation to develop professionally and to work in Germany
Training process
How your integration in Germany works:
One‑year training at an accredited school
- Theory modules
- Practical modules — work as a nursing assistant in a partner hospital
- Language classes
No professional exam after completion — you automatically receive the German nursing qualification
Optional B2 language exam at school
Assistance with personal hygiene and activities of daily living
Assistance with mobility and rehabilitation
Monitoring the patient’s condition; collection and documentation of measurements
Thorough and accurate nursing documentation
Communication with patients’ relatives
