Practical aspects of state and municipal administration in Germany
From 21st to 24th of November 2022, the INTAMT Academy conducted its first delegation trip since the beginning of 2020 in the field of public administration in Germany. A delegation from the southern Kazakh city of Shymkent came to the capital of North Rhine-Westphalia, Düsseldorf, and Neuss to exchange experience with German colleagues on the topic of practical aspects of municipal administration.
Moscow Region’s Election Commission visited Germany and the Netherlands
28-29.11.2019 the representatives of Mosoblizbirkom made a short working visit to Germany and the Netherlands to learn about the electoral systems of the two countries and the organisation and conduct of elections at various levels. They visited the local election office of the city of Cologne and the National Electoral Council of the Netherlands in The Hague and familiarized themselves with the basic principles and mechanisms of election organization.
Planning, construction and operation of public playgrounds for children
INTAMT Academy has successfully completed a study tour for department heads of the State administrative and technical Supervisory Authority of the Moscow Region (Russian Federation) on the topic “Planning, construction and operation of public playgrounds for children”. The participants appreciated the quality and practical orientation of the study tour programme.
Innovations in design of public spaces
A three-day study tour of the delegation from the Ministry of Urban Development of the Moscow Region, led by the Minister, Mikhail Khaikin, took place from 8 to 10 August in the Bavarian capital. Mikhail Khaikin, participated. As part of the itenerary the delegation visited several parks and new development areas in Munich and exchanged experience with their German colleagues: landscape architects and managers of city green areas.
Local self-government in Germany
The INTAMT Academy organized and conducted a professional development tour to Düsseldorf for representatives of local authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the theme of local self-government in Germany. Particular attention was paid to the principle of the separation of powers between the federal government, states and municipalities as well as to the high degree of autonomy of municipalities in Germany
Innovations in urban development and beautification in Germany and in the Netherlands: best practices
From September 17 until September 21, 2018 INTAMT Academy together with a regional training center, Moscow Oblast, conducted a seminar program for personnel of the Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning of the Moscow Oblast and of the city administration of Khimki, Klin and Domodedovo.
Study tour for experts in urban development and beautification from Moscow Oblast to the Netherlands
From June 4 until June 8, 2018, INTAMT Academy organized a study tour focused on innovations in urban development and beautification for experts of the Main Department for Architecture and Urban Development of Moscow Oblast and personnel of town administrations of Khimki, Klin and Domodedovo to the Netherlands.
