German-Uzbek Cooperation: Advanced Training for Uzbek Doctors in Germany
On 31 May 2023, during the First Uzbekistan-Germany Health Forum, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Republican Specialized Scientific-Practical Medical Centre for Endocrinology named after Academician J. Kh. Turakulov (RSNPMCE) and INTAMT. With the support of partner clinics and private diabetology centres, INTAMT developed an intensive training programme, which was conducted from 18 November to 13 December 2024.
We continue successful observerships for medical professionals from Kazakhstan in Germany
A significant focus of our activities lies in healthcare. Through collaboration with numerous German clinics, our participants have been able to deepen their knowledge and familiarise themselves with innovative approaches in patient treatment and care. In 2024, we organised observerships in Germany for over 150 doctors and nurses from Kazakhstan, enabling them to expand their expertise in emergency medicine, the treatment of various diseases, and patient care.
Seminar on social security and professional integration of people with disabilities in Germany and the Netherlands
From 9 to 15 September, the INTAMT Academy organised a seminar for Kazakh experts working in the social sector. The main objective was to examine leading European methods in the field of social security and comprehensive rehabilitation for people with disabilities and to adapt them to the context of Kazakhstan.
Further Efforts to Enhance Medical Qualification of Specialists from Kazakhstan through International Internship Programmes
INTAMT is dedicated to improving the qualifications of specialists from Kazakhstan in the field of medicine, and recently, 32 specialists completed internships at leading clinics in Germany in the fields of radiology, nuclear medicine, and radiation medicine.
August-September 2022: A training cycle for medical doctors from Atyrau, Republic of Kazakhstan.
Radiologists and rehabilitologists from Kazakhstan participated in the INTAMT traineeship cycle. Two groups of physicians – radiologists and rehabilitologists – from Atyrau regional hospital, Atyrau cardiologic centre and Atyrau regional children’s hospital participated in different clinics of North Rhine-Westphalia.
The second seminar-conference on priority issues in obstetrics and neonatology
At the end of November – beginning of December 2020, the second seminar-conference on priority issues of obstetrics and neonatology according to the international best-case cases was successfully held in the online format within the framework of the project “Development of tools for implementation of clinical guidelines on medical care of pregnant women, women in labour and newborns in the practice of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
Innovations in the organisation of stationary medical care in Germany
From 01.03. to 04.03. INTAMT held a seminar for the team of the Republican clinical hospital of Tatarstan Ministry of Health. The programme of a short, but a very intensive visit included familiarisation of leading specialists from the Republic of Tatarstan with such topics as organisation and management of surgical departments, equipment of integrated operating rooms, emergency departments in clinics of various categories, features of intensive care departments and many others.
Skills Development Program during Medica 2019
From 18th to 21st of November representatives of private medical institutions from Moscow visited the international trade show MEDICA 2019 and took part in the continuing education program prepared by INTAMT Academy. During the program, specialists visited a number of specialized medical institutions in the Dusseldorf’s region. Inspired by the impulses received during the busy days of the fair and CPD program the participants returned to Moscow full of impressions and new ideas.
Study tour for “Physicians of the Year 2019” from Tatarstan
In the week from 25 to 30.11.2019 INTAMT conducted a professional study tour for the recipients of the “Physician of the Year 2019” Award. The 18 awarded doctors from the Republic of Tatarstan were able to get to know and compare the health systems of Germany and the Netherlands during this trip. The experts from Russia were particularly interested in the hospital processes. How can be the route of a patient from the outpatient admission or emergency room organised in urgent cases on the most efficient way?
Expert trip to Kazakhstan in the framework of the Worldbank Project
Since October 2019, the INTAMT Academy has been implementing the “Development of instruments for the implementation of clinical protocols in the field of health care of pregnant women, women giving birth, young mothers and newborns in the medical practice of the Republic of Kazakhstan”project, which runs until spring 2021 and is an initiative of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan financed by a World Bank loan.
