Structure and Patient Management in Multidisciplinary Emergency Hospitals
The INTAMT Academy has conducted a one-week seminar on “Organization of Outpatient and Inpatient Medical Care: Structure and Patient Management in Multidisciplinary Emergency Hospitals”. The seminar was attended by leading doctors and experts in medical management of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and Kazakhstan.
Innovative methods and techniques of the neurosurgery
From March 4th until March 17th, 2018, leading neurosurgeons from the Lipetsk Region (Russia) participated in a job shadowing programme organized by the INTAMT Academy. During the programme they took part in several professional workshops which introduced them to hospital workflows and management.
Organization of medical care and innovative medical technologies in Germany and the Netherlands
From 11th to 30th November, 2018, the INTAMT Academy organized a multidisciplinary continuing education program for paediatricians from the Republic of Tatarstan, winner of the annual Best Physicians’ Competition of 2018, which was held in Germany and the Netherlands.
Internship on Cardiology and Rhythmology
From November 18 to November 24, 2018, INTAMT held an internship for specialists of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of cardiology and rhythmology.
The internship took place in a clinic of Mönchengladbach, which focuses on internal medicine, cardiology and pneumology.

In May 2018, the INTAMT Academy once again organized a study tour on “Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Netherlands. Emergency care in neonatology “. The participants of the study tour included representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Moscow Region and their colleagues – doctors from Kazakhstan.
Observation program for pediatric neurosurgeons
From November 4th until November 17th, 2018, the INTAMT Academy organized an observation programme focused on pediatric neurosurgery for neurosurgeons from Tatarstan.

In autumn 2017 the INTAMT Academy organized a series of hospitations for medical doctors of the Republic of Tatarstan.
From 17 September to 7 October, the neurosurgeons of the Kazan Municipal Clinical Hospital visited the University Hospital of Heidelberg.
From 19 November to 9 December, urologists from the Almetyevsk municipal hospital completed an internship at the Düsseldorf University Hospital.
From 27 November to 15 December, the specialists for orthopaedics and trauma surgery at the republican hospital of Tatarstan completed an internship at the University Hospital of Wuppertal. In the course of the hospitations, the doctors were able to get to know current treatment and diagnostic methods as well as therapy and diagnostic techniques. The participants rated the visits as extremely instructive and well organized.
