From March 4th until March 17th, 2018, leading neurosurgeons from the Lipetsk Region (Russia) participated in a job shadowing programme organized by the INTAMT Academy. During the programme they took part in several professional workshops which introduced them to hospital workflows and management. They also familiarized themselves with innovative surgical techniques and equipment applied in the departments of neurosurgery at the Dusseldorf University hospital and Sana Hospital Duisburg.
Russian surgeons showed strong professional competence and took a keen interest in learning innovative methods of surgical treatment.
