Prof. Dr.-Ing. Eduard Patrik, Chairman of the board of the INTAMT Academy, and its CEO, Yuri Nikitin, attended a meeting on “Economic Sanctions and Civil Society. Contribution to the city twinning”, which took place at the Dusseldorf Business Club. Thomas Geisel, Lord Mayor of Düsseldorf, Dirk Wiese, Coordinator of Intergovernmental Cooperation with Russia of the Federal Government along with other speaker presented their vison of the current state of European economic sanctions against Russia. At the subsequent panel discussion, corporate executives, businessmen and representatives of the Dusseldorf’s NGOs discussed about the possibilities for cooperation between partner cities of Moscow and Dusseldorf. The leadership of the INTAMT Academy strongly believes that the professional development and cooperation projects organized by INTAMT in the humanitarian field make a significant contribution to fostering understanding and collaboration between Germany and Russia in these difficult times.
