The gastronomic combine “Cateringburg” is an existing client of the INTAMT Academy, which regularly participates in our training courses and study trips. It is continuously working on diversifying its offers. Another study trip on the topic of “Insights into the practice of German logistics companies” for the specialists of “Cateringburg” took place from 3 to 7 April 2017. During the study tour, the participants were able to get acquainted with the areas of activity of the trade and logistics companies that offer services for the storage and delivery of food, as well as gain insight into the specifics of frozen logistics and organisation of passenger transport by private bus companies. According to the feedback from the specialists of the “Caterinburg” Combine, the study tour enabled them to more realistically assess future prospects for opening and developing a logistics business in Russia.
