‘Experience sharing – networking – informing’. This was the motto of the ERASMUS + monitoring meeting which took place on June 25-26, 2019, at the Maritim Hotel in Bonn. The meeting was attended by representatives of coordinating organizations involved in the strategic partnerships for vocational education and training projects. Within the framework of the event about 50 ERASMUS+ KA2 projects from Germany were presented and key project management issues were reviewed in detail. The INTAMT Academy took an active part in the event presenting the objectives and  products of the ongoing “INDEX-Industrial Expert” project, which the Academy has been coordinating since September 2018.

The “INDEX-Industrial Expert” Project aims at designing an edX-based open educational resource on Industry 4.0, focusing on professionals in application-oriented fields and taking into account the current business needs. In his presentation of the project INTAMT managing director Yuri Nikitin addressed goals, target groups, interim and planned outcomes of the project emphasizing its significance, impact and outreach.  It is worth mentioning that “INDEX-Industrial Expert” is dealing with the issues of complex interrelationships and complex solutions by means of case studies from various fields of Industry 4.0.

The following day reports on practical aspects of project and financial management were delivered. In addition, the National Agency “Education for Europe” at the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training, which deals with the EU-projects on vocational and continuing education and training, presented its counselling and support services. That was followed by workshops on reporting, open educational resources and  social media marketing which gave the participants an opportunity to discuss various aspects of project management as well as strategies in valorization and dissemination from their respective professional perspective.
