INTAMT Academy organized a scientific training programme for executives of the Yeltsin Ural Federal University as well as professionals of their administrative units in German and Dutch universities, which took place from 14 to 19 January 2018. In line with the focus of the training, participants gained deep insights into the activities of research and administration units at some German and Dutch universities in terms of recruiting young academics and professionals for research and teaching, as well as the aquize of foreign teachers. Different innovative techniques for Improving Human Resource Management and tools of modern organization management have been learnt in the course of the programme.
