In the period from 11 to 16 April 2016, the INTAMT Academy organised a study trip on the topic of “Catering Operations in Germany” for Russian professionals in the mass catering industry. The participants were given a comprehensive overview of different types of community catering, care and business catering. They also learned about modern technologies, instruments and equipment for catering and received information about possible logistics solutions. Managers of catering companies who participated in the study tour credited the organiser INTAMT with an excellent level of study tour organisation, good selection of catering companies and friendliness of the German experts. Further study tours on relevant key topics have been arranged and will take place in the near future.
