The INTAMT Academy has conducted a one-week seminar on “Organization of Outpatient and Inpatient Medical Care: Structure and Patient Management in Multidisciplinary Emergency Hospitals”. The seminar was attended by leading doctors from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and Kazakhstan. Since the group was heterogeneous in its professional life, consisting of physicians of various disciplines and experts in medical management, individual thematic aspects based on the professional interests of the participants were also included in the seminar programme.

The main objective and main task of health care for all countries is to ensure the appropriate quality of medical care, which is characterized by accessibility, safety, compliance with quality standards and ethical standards, process stability and, ultimately, results efficiency. Ensuring the quality of medical care is inextricably linked to the improvement of technological processes and their standardization in both outpatient care and inpatient care of multidisciplinary hospitals. Thanks to contacts in the healthcare sector, the INTAMT Academy was able to demonstrate to participants of the seminar all the essential elements of the outpatient and inpatient care system in Germany.
